Vorgath Khar

Vorgath Khar is the Blood Lord of Grakhar, the warlord before whom the orc clans bend their banners. He did not inherit a united realm; he forged one from feuding chieftains, broken strongholds and victories remembered in scar and bone.

Among the orcs, blood is more than violence. It is ancestry, debt and oath. Vorgath’s title marks him as the keeper of those bonds, with the right to summon the clans when Grakhar itself is threatened.

Foreign courts speak of him as a monster because it is easier than understanding the order he commands. Vorgath has no interest in their approval. He measures rulers by whether their people follow them into hardship—and whether their enemies remember their names.

“An oath spoken in comfort is wind. An oath paid in blood becomes law.”
