Shogun Hanzo V

Shogun Hanzo V is the ruler of Yashamiro and the fifth of his name, heir to a warrior tradition older than many western kingdoms. Severe, disciplined and fiercely protective of his islands, Hanzo commands through duty rather than affection.

Beneath his rule, Yashamiro’s rival houses were bound into a single military power capable of defending the realm against invasion. When Konrad Hess brings the forces of the Seventh Imperium across the Bay of Karvos, Hanzo refuses every demand for submission and gathers his warriors at Ukka Bridge.

To the Empire, he is another ruler standing in the path of unification. To the Yashanese people, Shogun Hanzo V is the living embodiment of their honour, independence and refusal to kneel.
