Alistair Wexford

Alistair Wexford is a lord of the Cascadian north, raised among frozen roads, isolated keeps and houses that measure loyalty in winters survived. He commands the old respect of frontier soldiers who trust endurance more than courtly promises.

His defeat did not end the northern war. The banners scattered, the passes changed hands and the conflict continued beneath other names, leaving Wexford as both a fallen commander and a symbol that Cascadia could be beaten without ever truly being subdued.

Proud, severe and difficult to bend, Alistair believes that the north belongs to those willing to suffer for it. Even his enemies understand that victory over Wexford is never the same thing as peace.
